The fourth volume of Robert Caro’s mammoth biography of Lyndon Baines Johnson is about to be published. The new book is called The Passage of Power. The New Yorker has published lengthy excerpts of all of Caro’s books, as well as articles about Caro himself; the magazine makes a portion of these available to readers in “Robert Caro and L.B.J. in the Archive.”
