George Will Reviews Book on Prohibition

Normally, I steer a wide berth around anything George Will writes, but this piece caught my eye because it’s a review of a book I am currently reading: Daniel Okrent’s Last Call: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition. I am roughly halfway through the book, and am enjoying it greatly — both the content and the writing, which is excellent.

Will’s review is well-done, too.
